After physical inspection is completed, an amount is offered by for your old device. This serves as monetary credit towards the purchase of a new Samsung Mobile Device.

If value offered for your old device is acceptable to you, this will be deducted from the final price of a brand new Samsung device of your choice. E.g. If old device is valued at N50,000 and new device of interest is N100, 000, you will be required to pay just N50,000 as the N50,000 from your old device will be deducted from the amount of the new device.

Where can I do a phone swap in Lagos?

You can swap/ trade-in your old device at any of our Samsung stores in Lagos. Please visit this page to search for a store closest to you.

What brands of phones can I swap?

We accept old smartphones as long as they’re in good working condition i.e. no defects/ screen or liquid damage from the following brands provided: Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Infinix, Tecno, Nokia etc.

Can I swap my phone in any location outside Lagos?

Our phone swap service is also available in Abuja. Please visit this page to search closest store to you.

Can I swap two phones for one?

Yes. Please bear in mind that any difference between value of new Samsung phone of choice and old device(s) swapped will have to be borne by the customer.

Can I swap a phone that has no receipt?

Yes you can. You’ll be required to present the phone along with a valid National Identity Card at any of these locations.

Can I swap my phone for money?

No. You can only swap an old phone for a new Samsung phone. The difference in value between new and old device will be borne by the customer. You can see all Samsung phones and prices in Nigeria.

Can I swap a phone with a broken screen?

Phones with broken screens will not be accepted.

Can I swap a phone for a Samsung accessory?

Yes you can. The difference in value between the new Samsung accessory and the old phone will be borne by the customer.

How long does it take to do a physical inspection and have a phone swapped?

It takes less than 10 minutes to get your old phone inspected. Once a value is received, you can then proceed to make a choice from the array of Samsung mobile products offered in the stores. This exercise can only be completed at any of our offline locations.
