CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
- The Customer must download the SENTINEL app and create an account in order to register for this service and activate Sentinel before leaving the store.
- All Claims must be promptly reported by device owner/holder via customer’s account on the web portal immediately after incident.
- Customer must return loaner device in same excellent condition as it was received (Screen/Liquid Damage Package). All loaner devices must be certified in excellent condition by us when returned, before repaired device is released.
- Device to be upgraded must be a mobile device purchased via our channels, with service activated on it (where applicable).
- Customer is expected to provide a valid means of identification (International Passport, Driver’s license or National ID card).
- Customer is required to sign off on payment voucher to validate Trade-in and present same for collection of new device (where applicable).
